Detection capability

Lighting Laboratory

We have a German Optronik fully automatic light distribution testing system, an American Labsphere photoelectric parameter testing system, and a Japanese Mitutoyo filament bulb light source size testing system, which can be tested according to GB, ECE/EEC, ADR, FMVSS108, SAE, JIS International regulations test automotive lighting fixtures and corresponding light sources.

Testing ability

    • Photometric distribution testing of various lighting fixtures (such as headlights, fog lights, signal lights such as turn signals and brake lights, as well as warning lights for special purposes);

    • Reflector luminous intensity coefficient test (including triangular warning signs);

    • Chromaticity testing of various lighting fixtures;

  • Brightness test of license plate lights;

  • Spectral analysis of light sources and photoelectric parameter testing;

  • Dimensional testing of filament light source;

  • All environmental tests required for automotive lighting fixtures (high and low temperature, rain exposure, salt spray, dust prevention, mechanical wear, coating adhesion, vibration, wind resistance, etc.).
